Should NEVER in life have been appointed to the bench, where it concerns children or family law. The man is corrupt. Dismisses evidence or refuses to consider it, even when it's documentation from professionals, such as doctors, school and other officials. Should be disbarred ASAP!

Rating is 0 but that wasn't an option. Guess I gotta put 2 to have an "even" number to be accepted into the comments. This judge ruined my son's and my life (he was 5 then)! Now my son chooses to live with his dad's parents. He is stuck with a drug addict of a father who's in and out of jail and in and out of his parents house (constantly exposing my son to his drug addicted behavior). My son is 16 going on 17 and choosing to accept (just like mr. Roman) his drug addict of a father. I could've given my son a much better life. Now, we're all struggling, thanks to the bias decisions this judge made. The abuse I confessed to Mr. Roman wasn't enough. Documents weren't enough! My heartfelt and presumably unstructured reactions/ responses meant more than "the child best interest." I was lectured in open court for saying "my son". Understandable, i guess, but the bias showed very clearly after that comment. I had to borrow $10k just to get a lawyer to talk more "court friendly". Because of this man... I didn't regain full custody until MY SON was physically abused ENOUGH for a health care professional to call CPS! Almost 2 years later! Our bond and structure, forever damaged, because of this man! Not to mention the legal action that has been charged and dropped against me. I'm looking forward to the day this man is disbarred! The system is corrupt, a judge like this is a big reason why!
