He is the biggest piece of shit on the bench I know of, he has dementia and he is corrupt. Is corks enable him to be feeble and continue. Even spend more than 5 minutes in a deliberation room convincing juries to vote in the direction that he wants. He has two addresses, one is 812 West Clairmont The other at 207 east Oregon, both are phoenix. This judge not only needs to be removed, he needs to be held accountable. No more immunity

i think its not right Leo Nachu JR. got up to 5 years it should be at the most 3 years. most people get away with murder and get 2-3 years. he is not a murderer and he hasent got in trouble or mess with drugs sents nov,11 2008. and it was a small bag pack NOT pounds or kilos. so i dont think he should get 5 years but at the most 2-3years

Even when I proved that the defence had no standing and were treaspassing on my case due to NOT filing notices of appearance. The Judge ruled in their favor. All of my motions that I entered into court were ignored including a supoena duces tecum to make the bank produce the note. Instead this judge entertained the defence's motion for dismissal. He is pracicing law from the bench ... I am only trying to go by the letter of the law but he seems to have his own agenda.

Very fair and thoughtful. Absolutely everything is on the record. Admits what he doesn't know. His opinions are well-reasoned, fair and thoughtful -- but, like those of all judges, not perfect. Some off-the-record or robing room/chambers time with lawyers could result in smoother sailing. A little inflexible. A very fine judge and evidently a real gentleman.

It took some prodding on my part, but in one case Judge Teilborg finally accepted my arguments that an opposing counsel was abusing his discovery obligations. The wrath he unleashed on that attorney was justified, and refreshing to see given federal judges' reluctance to get involved in most discovery disputes. In addition, Judge Teilborg is well know for his well researched and thoughtful rulings on issues.
