This man does NOT have the temperament to judge fairly. Regardless of the person’s profession when representing yourself in traffic court, he will reprimand the person for not knowing court proceedings and ultimately rule in favor of the other party out of spite no matter how strong your case is. “Honorable” is NOT an appropriate title for his unprofessional behavior when representing the judicial system.
