Judge Orel does not belong in a courtroom. He is bias, racist, sexist, evil, rude, and extremely hostile. He is monstrous! The Judge picks and choose what litigants he will be impartial with and who he will destroy. He has destroyed lives with no conscience. He often makes untrue statements. Judge Orel is a lazy judge. He should take off his judicial rob and stay at home and wear his bathrobe.

Judge Orel is an awful judge. I’ve watch him many times in the courtroom, and know that he is evil, hostile, prejudiced and I truly believe he is totally corrupt. In my opinion, he does not belong in any courtroom. How many more lives will he destroy before out of office?

He is very condescending, disrespectful, arrogant, rude, doesn’t give you a chance to speak, adolescent minded. Shows favoritism. Hostile, mean spirited. The facial expressions he gives when irritated are soul shattering and make you feel small. He took an oath to serve ALL THE PEOPLE. Those words that he has pledged do not match his actions. This “judge” NEEDS TO BE DISROBED!!!!!

This judge causes individuals to feel as is all hope has been lost. He is not a good listener, and appears cold as it relates to being for the people. He is not relatable or clear as to his thought processes nor plan.

Judge Orel's actions demonstrate sexism, racism, and a lack of impartiality. He has threatened me with jail time to intimidate me from speaking out about his illegal actions in helping my spouse hide over $5,000,000 in marital assets. Judge Orel knowingly accepted three falsified financial affidavits from my spouse. Additionally, Judge Orel allowed a stranger to seemingly record me while I testified and then yelled at me when I asked the stranger to stop. Judge Orel said nothing to the stranger recording me. He used my soon-to-be ex's falsified financial documents to issue court orders against me, favoring my spouse. Judge Orel permitted my spouse to close every joint account, leaving me penniless and forcing me to rely on welfare. My utilities were constantly shut off, and I spent months relying on friends and family for meals. Many times I was to embarressed about my circumstances, and I ate bags of popcorn for dinner. I filed a motion informing the Judge that I had no money to live on and that my Link card did not have enough food for the month. Judge Orel smirked in response. He has been hostile and irate with me, sending me home penniless. This Judge intimidates any attorney who tries to help me. There is a recurring pattern of attorneys not filing documents or not following through on the few documents they have filed. The court transcripts show Judge Orel trying to force my previous attorney to initiate a guardianship petition against me without just cause. Please look up my case. The facts show a disturbing pattern of one attorney after another accepting my case and a cash retainer, then withdrawing before either filing standard documents on my behalf or following through on a document they did file. Judge Orel claims it is an attorney problem that has nothing to do with him. However, multiple attorneys have stated, "I do not want to risk my future cases by helping you" and "It would be unfair to my other clients if I help you." I do not believe tha

This guy should not be a judge or have anything to do with the law, he is way too emotional and unstable to be deciding on cases where many peooles lives could be altered forever. He had me muted many times, because he didnt feel like I should be allowed to speak. He refused to listen to me without an attorney present, he refused to allow me to represent myself, he refused to listen to anyrhibg I said. I told him numerous times I couldn't afford an attorney, and was berated numerous tines and threatened with contempt of court. He appointed a friend of his named James Brombreck as Gaurdian Ad leitim, who was not there to help me or my child. Refused to allow me into the courtroom for court, was only doing zoom court, two years after the Scamdemic. He berated many others in court and had to inject his personal opinions in regarding defendants. How this man is allowed to decide such sensitive and important matters is not only irresponsible of the Circuit Judge, but shameful as well. There should be an investigation done on every single judge in the 18th Circuit court of Dupage County. Too many people have their rights violated by power tripping judges like James Orel.

Picks and chooses who to be nice to and who to treat rudely and try to intimidate. Horrible judicial temperament - and I won the case and still feel that way! How is this man a judge?

Despite the mother's objection, he released money (account of about $20,000) to a 19year old emotionally ill girl, HS dropout, single teen mother, whose daughter was placed in foster care by court, doing drugs. She used the money to buy drugs and overdosed 3 months later (Jan 19, 2022). She is dead, he enabled her. Peace to her and this judge's souls.
