Had an unlawful detainer case as defendant (who paid rent for every month with evidence but landlord lied and said I didn’t pay rent to evict me because I was a rent control tenant) with jimmy blancarte. Jimmy denied me all due process, all discovery, didn’t allow me to file a motion for summary judgment, believed any and all lies plaintiff’s attorney alleged with no evidence, and jimmy manuevered himself on this case based on contributions to his campaign and friendship with plaintiff’s attorneys. Jimmy is an abomination of our “ justice” system. You have no rights with this man. He is the worst judge possible and doesn’t read record. He will force parties to settle regardless whether the facts and law favor One side. He even has a score card in this chambers of how many cases he successfully settled and he doesn’t care about the facts or your rights, as you have none with this man.

These are honest facts. This judge has earned 5 decisions to be corrected in appeals. I had this judge who is obviously not about the people, applying the law or helping the community with justice. Read the legal files. The judge cannot stay away from personal bias.

I would never agree to this judge again. He is biased in favor of plaintiffs, refuses to make rulings required by well-established precedent, and believes judges should be an active participants in litigation.
