Judge Boasberg is the same judge that gave probation to an FBI agent that pleaded guilty to the felony charge of evidence tampering and lying to the FISA court in order to obtain a warrant to spy on Donald Trump in the "Russia Collusion" hoax. [Redacted by Ed.]

The previous post is funny. Yes, lawyers should not be made article III judges. We should instead ask fishermen and furniture makers to adjudicate foundational disputes of national importance. It's headed that way anyway, so......

Illustrates a larger, real problem with lawyers who become article 3 judges: preening arrogance, elitism and superiority. It's killing the federal system.

Thankful for a judge that is not afraid to stand up for what is right and not give in to the pressures of the current political environment.

A true american hero. Ensuring the constitution is faithfully executed by the executvie branch. Protecting all our rights that the founding fathers enshirned in that foundational document that is in danger of being cast aside by this tiny man in the executive branch. One solitary David stading up to GOLIATH to protect our rights. If this were only Judge Kaplan, somebody would be in custody by now! Somebody has to be found in contempt for blantantly violating the Court's Art. III powers. Imagine such nonsense that the planes were out of the country and there's no jurisdiction. Or your Oral directive "shall" was merely a suggestion? What utter nonsense. What disrespect to the Court! If I tried those arguments, the marshals would take charge. AG Pam wants the executive to be treated w respect by the Court? Hilarious. And to think Le Gran Orange has the Declaration of Independence hanging in the oval office. Jefferson would be weeping. We are all weeping. Stand tall JEB, help us, you're our last hope.

It is my contention that Boasberg is operating under a conflict of interest. [Redacted by Ed.] I have been told by a former Federal prosecutor that he should have remanded the filing to a Texas court. Boasburg was appointed by Barak Obama, need I say more?

Nothing more than an activist judge with little man complex. Unfortunately he, along with many other lifetime appointed judges forget that they are there to uphold the law, now bend the law to suit their agenda.

Judge Boasberg manages his docket superbly and his decisions are enjoyable to read. However, he runs his court room as though he is a DC Superior Court judge: he allows badly behaved attorneys to behave badly and the case runs like a circus.

A consummate professional, very conscientious, intelligent and even-handed. Uniformly courteous to counsel and litigants in his courtroom. Frequently enters orders following a hearing before I can get back to my office.

Extremely even handed and fair. Is very smart but not arrogant. Fair and works hard to get the right result. His standing rule on discovery disputes sometimes short circuits reaching a good result.

Judge Boasberg is smart, well-prepared, and has a single aim: reaching the right result. On any motion or trial, large or small, you must be ready to appear before him. He is congenial and has a sense of humor, as well as a good judicial temperament, but he is ready to address the issues and get them right, so be sure to prepare well. He is a top-notch judge.
