The previous post is funny. Yes, lawyers should not be made article III judges. We should instead ask fishermen and furniture makers to adjudicate foundational disputes of national importance. It's headed that way anyway, so......

Illustrates a larger, real problem with lawyers who become article 3 judges: preening arrogance, elitism and superiority. It's killing the federal system.

Thankful for a judge that is not afraid to stand up for what is right and not give in to the pressures of the current political environment.

A true american hero. Ensuring the constitution is faithfully executed by the executvie branch. Protecting all our rights that the founding fathers enshirned in that foundational document that is in danger of being cast aside by this tiny man in the executive branch. Or your Oral directive "shall" was merely a suggestion? What utter nonsense. What disrespect to the Court! If I tried those arguments, the marshals would take charge. It is my contention that Boasberg is operating under a conflict of interest. [Redacted by Ed.] I have been told by a former Federal prosecutor that he should have remanded the filing to a Texas court. Boasburg was appointed by Barak Obama, need I say more?

Nothing more than an activist judge with little man complex. Unfortunately he, along with many other lifetime appointed judges forget that they are there to uphold the law, now bend the law to suit their agenda.

Judge Boasberg manages his docket superbly and his decisions are enjoyable to read. However, he runs his court room as though he is a DC Superior Court judge: he allows badly behaved attorneys to behave badly and the case runs like a circus.
