it is stunning how ignorant and arrogant this Judge is a kangaroo wantabe trial lawyer never made it as bad ass cowboy trial lawyers as exist in unlimited jurisdiction those consumer personal injury jury trial attorneys... he was with dept of corrections never knew Probate Code or Crim Code either ... thought he could fake till he made it --- he is paid by State of CA tax payers took the oath to the CA constitution then in probate court violates CA constitution state laws and the probate code has neither in a black hole misapplies both his orders in a pending case have no statutes or case law nothing but commentary compared to standard of review that still applies say to motion order citing case A over case B -- in probate court he jumps around on a pogo stick not getting it the principal(s) are not the Judges or Attorneys the principal is the institution of the rule of law ... stunning incompetence in the Probate Court using unconstitutional probate notes written by a clerk not served... I do not know how the ethical masters in Wills/Trusts tolerate this guy or Probate Court.. so law and motion has no Probate Court Attorney or support staff back logged 6 months resulting from letting in unlicensed attorneys to administer an Estate barred under CA Bus &Prof Code 6125 6126 clerks have said they just do not comply with that statue but sinking in the resulting barred volume of court filings: (1) Probates filed by ethical Estate Attorney masters of Wills/Trusts rarely subject to PROBATE NOTES moving along (2) shut down law and motion with no Court Attorney or support staff backed up 6 months and (3) holds Probate Note set hearing dates on barred filings under CA Bus Prof Code 6125 6126 --- never with access to court ... Probate Notes initially were a state mechanism with looser regs on Pro Se Estate filings to fix defective pleadings so as NOT TO clog the courts when state courts had proper funding licensed attorneys on site to fix pro se filings in tenant law or divorces and here attempt to use PROBATE NOTES instead of governing state laws the CA constitution take filings with no proof of service to get the filing fees but they spend three times that with defective barred filings by ProSe trying to administer an estate without an attorney... so its a serious tax payer waste issue for all litigants doing probate law and it is going to STOP.

So its time for this court and all Judges to stop violating due process mandating service on all parties and well those Probate Notes are barred entered by a clerk and so we can see bias. Never know how much the other guy knows EVER.... philosophers of law are every where... with national news constitutional law review hours with EO citing a statute or case then acting as King Sue Sponte not so on majority of ORDERS issued in this case so many are just not biting on the improper kangaroo or cowboy bias approach we are pragmatists ... so do your homework or leave paid by state tax payers, and took oath to comply with State of CA constitution Cannons and more the probate court is a division of the State Court not a separate private country club with barred Ex Parte communications that include the unconstitutional probate notes that cite no law or statute not superior to state laws for frivolous barred court filings that incentive are attorney fees, costs and sanctions to prevent void frivolous barred filings so one does not win with misstatements of facts law or bias that will RESULT usually and ORDERS in excess of jurisdiction resulting in disqualification, etc.

Does this Kangaroo Commissioner read these reviews? They should. He entered an ORDER that an unlicensed attorney can represent an estate and party violating CA Bus &Prof Code 6125 no kidding can't have those tax paid salaries or filing fees that result is an illegal enterprise by the Probate Court. There are remedies for tax payer waste to investigate too how long the Probate Court has this illegal business operation probably millions in tax payer waster, because tax payers do have standing to seek relief monetarily and in equity against that illegal practice in the probate court. It is clear they have no trained staff and the Probate Notes falsely called Attorney Notes phrase occupied under state law, barred but the Probate Notes are unconstitutional under CA Const. Art. XI Sec 7 of course too. The excess docket is a direct result of allowing in Petitions To Probate by unlicensed attorneys violating CA Bus &Prof Code 6125 and too one can only appear Pro Se if a beneficiary or HEIR constitutional right but not representing the ESTATE at all even if jointly named Executor and Beneficiary cannot appear for the Estate without the Estate Attorney the probate an extreme outrageous abuses of process separate remedies. It is clear that they are not even following the CA Probate Codes either just putting themselves in the line of fire as Trump Admin has been taking issue with Judges.. there being many resigned Immigration Judges that can do the Probate Court job better than this Commissioner and too resigned US Attorneys who can appear show in Probate matters, Housing court and even PD court enough is enough to this dysfunctional court not complying with Cannons of Ethics, Rules of Prof Conduct or the CA Constitution but Kangaroos' a political hack that is a public danger that has to stop. Period.

He has to be taken off the bench full stop period. All those who have complaints here or know of dissatisfaction as members of the Bar and its staff it is time to step up. I of course will be filing a complaint with all relevant agencies to get him out -- he has to go.

THIS JUDGE HAS NO LEGAL BACKGROUND OR ANY LEGAL EXPERANCE IN LITIGATION IN FACT THIS JUDGE PREMITS EX PATE HEARING DONE WITHOUT NOTICE ON THE OTHER SIDE.

It's unbelievable this judge is still able to reside over any court hearing! I have litigated cases in probate court with this judge and know that my day is going to be long and difficult. McFetridge does not have the intelligence nor the jurisprudence to represent any court. He is extremely bias towards in pro per litigants, who simply don't have a chance! He needs to be removed ASAP!!

This guy is an imbecile!! Armed forces background!! What a joke! He has refused to recognize my father's trust ANC will and has refused to make opposing council pay me for the bills I paid for my inherited home!!He ignores pertinent evidence because I am in pro per. I have been destroyed financially by opposing council yet Mcfetridge could care less!! I hope to file a lawsuit after my case is over!! I will trust me!!

This judge has no place on the bench! He revels in the power to act on his whims, terrified of admitting his initial thoughts might be wrong. He blatantly ignores the evidence presented, relying solely on his gut reactions. This man is destroying families and has no business being in family court—or any court, for that matter!

This guy is dumb. As a result, he is incredibly inflexible due to fear of being wrong or being challenged. Consequently, in his court what he says goes because he is unable to think outside the box. How he got on the bench (and has stayed there for so long) is a mystery to me. Someone should oppose him the next time he is up for reelection.
