Is there someone reading these posts that can help me? Ms. Houghton is threatening to kill my kids and turn them into shoes. This is just crazy. I already alerted District Attorney Jeff Rosen about this. He didn’t bother to even reply.

Valerie Houghton has taken similar actions in other cases. There was a young girl that she was recently appointed to represent. The child reported to her school that her father was sexually molesting her. Although the ensuing investigation could not disprove the claim, Ms. Houghton got a restraining order against the parent that was not accused and sole custody for man accused of sexual abuse. Ms. Houghton also tried to get the mother to undergo a psychological evaluation. The mother wisely refused. Houghton and Towery used to work together in medical malpractice cases. Their approach of recreating reality is apparent. The only difference in my case is that they dragged me into criminal court. They must have thought that there would never have been a refusal to undergo an evaluation.

I just finished reading this peer reviewed article. Many people who do this to children because they want to establish sexual power. This particular article also touches on the justification of child sexual abuse by institutional members. The article really made me understand what James Towery is doing to children. There was a comment below that the District Attorney would sooner investigate me than protect a child against a judge's wishes is so correct. I bet it was made by Towery, himself. The abuse continued while Rosen just ignored her. Now that the girls have turned 18, they filed a lawsuit against the perpetrator. They individually submitted 3 affidavits to the court record under the penalty of perjury. That would be enough for a prosecution, but Rosen just leaves a child predator to roam the streets of Santa Clara County.

Judge Towery should not be interfering with Social Services or DFCS in Santa Clara County. Unfortunately, although now retied, James Towery is preventing my kids from getting the screening that they need. Daniel Little is refusing to help my kids. It shouldn't matter that he rubs elbows with Judge Towery. His duty is to protect children. Mr. Little did the same to Violet Brooks' kids when he was acting Director of DFCS. He should not be conspiring with nefarious judges and lawyers.

Judge Towery should not be supporting Ms. Houghton's deranged views on pedophilia. Valerie Houghton says, “My child, my rules”… “It’s not rape if they want it.” ….. “[My daughter] She’ll have fun!” How can she say such things? My youngest son was just two years old when he was first abused. And my youngest daughter was placed into the legal custody of a man that previously drugged and raped a teen. If a child therapist forces children to be sexually abused, it needs to labeled as an act of pedophilia. Valerie Houghton says that there is nothing wrong with pedophilia. Judge Towery has recently retired. Valerie Houghton has recently moved to Round Rock, Texas (Williamson County).

This man blatantly ignored the fact that I've already been awarded in the state of California and the Superior Court with full soul legal and physical custody of all four of my children. But because of his ego I guess I cannot see my children I was told by him that I should wait until the kids get older before I try to build a relationship with them again. Now mind you mean I want full sole legal and physical custody of all four of my children through the honorable judge Gloria Canon of Kern county in October 2019. It is now about to be October 2023 and I still don't have my kids. The judge can never tell me why he could not or would not abide by my actionable order instead he ate it the kid's dad. This judge blatantly ignored the fact that my kids dad was lying in court and falsifying legal documents as well as false accusations. Because at the end of the day I had all of my proof paperwork and everything and the kids that could not provide proof of anything other than a lie and because of that he decided oh I didn't deserve my kids. I have not seen my children or had a relationship with my children because of their father and this judge for The last 5 years I've been finding a long time. For the thing the children's father accuse me of he has no police records no police reports no witnesses nothing while me on the other hand I have paperwork I have a actual paper trail that was just clearly ignored. What is this court system if you can't trust it we supposed to be able to have faith in our judicial system but because of Judges like him judge James E Towery and his actions is unacceptable. Silicon Valley Judge Towery Retires Amid Disclosure Scandal

This Judge let me ex litigate and litigate and ask for continuance after continuance on a case that he let drag out. It was more abuse against me from my abuser who was alienating me from our kids and abusing them and myself. My ex tried dragging me back on a case we stipulated without prejudice. 6 months after the fact my ex wanted me to pay for fees on the stipulated case but it was past the sates to try to collect legally. He still allowed my ex to continue to make up BS and demanded a trial which cost me $140,000. Luckily I make good money becaue the attornies, my ex and this judge didnt care if I lived in the gutter.This Judge lets your abuser abuse you as long as he wants.
