James Edward Rogan

Judge Rogan was put through Hell when he was in Congress and was the person who prosecuting the Impeachment of Bill Clinton. The Clintons really made sure that there would be payback and helped get him out of his seat in the next election. After that, he became a judge and I believe that him being at the pinnacle of achievement politically really gave him the freedom to just kind of decide to do what he thinks is right. I have had a few very good conversations with him over the years and he has dealt with sentencing matters on cases I have with the out-of-the-box thinking that all judges should have (though most lack). Great guy
