This man should not have been my divorce case judge. He had represented my ex-husband as an attorney before becoming a judge on 5 different legal matters. (Incorporator for his corporation, child support, acquisition of property, etc.) I found this out 3 1/2 years into my divorce. Not only was he my ex-husbands attorney before becoming a judge, but he was also his attorney during OUR marriage. I had no knowledge of this because my ex did all of his business from his parents' house in Oakhill Estates. After getting screwed over for 3.5 years and going through 3 attorneys who would not get rid of him, I had to represent myself and blurt out that I thought it was weird he was my judge when he had represented my ex before becoming a judge. He then recused himself, under the same breath told me to come back to Staffel, I disQ'd him AND my ex disQ'd Beebe, tell me Santa Maria isn't corrupt!!

This judge has misunderstood what I’ve said , flown off the handle and threatened to ruin my life, would not let me explain he misunderstood what I said. He clearly does not read up on cases. Acts bias. Let’s one party talk and not the other. He is like Jekyl and Hyde. It’s scary not knowing if his latest mood swing will destroy your life.

This judge was biased against a man who was the conservator over his dad… in response to the man, having sold his own mom‘s car at her request and keeping the money, under $3000, was irate! He ordered the dad to have his own attorney to protect his estatein about 2010. Dad died in 2022, as this man did everything by the book. For a car that costed the estate $3000, this judge ended up costing the estate to $2 million in total over all these years when the man did everything by the book. [Redacted by Ed.]
