Nice Guy. Completely empowered the Criminal Defendant and criminalized the Victim. Complete inability to apply landlord tenant law effectively. I can only hope that the Ciottis rent out one of his properties, trash it, rob him, don’t pay, and make egregious claims to have HIM arrested. THAT would be Justice

He cannot be rated numerically. He is a disgrace. He ignored the law and uses hearsay evidence to prejudge his decision. He should not work with mentally ill people because he punishes them.
