James J. Deluca

Judge DeLuca started out as one of the most personable judges on the Bergen County bench. I think he quickly tired of the job - perhaps understandably. But when you reach that point, maybe it's time for a transfer to a different court. He became intemperate and prejudged matters. He's a smart man - it's a shame to see a judge start out so professionally, and then devolve - possibly because of disillusionment.
