This man is not "judicial" at all, he is prejudicial.

This man is not "judicial" at all, he is prejudicial. Don't even bother pleading a case before him. To refer to him as "Honorable" is laughable.

' Judge Hahn is rude, disrespectful and a bully.

' Judge Hahn is rude, disrespectful and a bully. He clearly favors police officers to civilians and doesn’t hide that. He is NOT impartial. He is condescending and confrontational and uses empty threats during trial proceedings. He also calls people “idiots” and is impatient and often late. I don’t understand how this person is still in his position, although it makes sense he lost his mayoral position and now makes less money than he did before. Surely he is bitter and takes it out on anyone who crosses his path. No mercy, no kindness and no justice from this judge. Get him out.

So, I checked in with the traffic clerk and saw her staple my attorney business card to the ticket. My business card is an attorney business card that has my state bar #, identifies me as an attorney, and has a law business logo on it. I was wearing a suit and tie. And, I announced that was appearing 977a for the defendant when the case was called by Judge Hahn. I am Latino. Was I detecting possible racism when Jimmy asked, "Are you an attorney"? Not sure, but it seemed to me that he was trying to belittle me? But, I couldn't be belittled because I knew the traffic officer was a no-show. Case dismissed.
