He had a known conflict of interest and refused to recuse himself. He's MAGA GOP through and through so don't expect him to protect your civil or constitutional rights. His BIAS is so thick he suggests that nobody should challenge his decisions. He helps cover up egregious public corporation crimes. Remember those same agencies all report to us, but Robart only wears his ROBE for his CRONIES in city, state, and federal agencies no matter how many crimes they openly commit. Considering his background, the fact that he continuously acts as an anti-plaintiff pro government judge, is no surprise.

An outstanding trial and motions judge. He is thoroughly prepared, often using outlines or prepared notes. Intellectually curious, politically astute, and an excellent reader of character and motives. Just the judge that you want if you need one who is really smart. Don't ever try to pull the wool over his eyes.

Knowing his prior law firm, and you will likely know who he favors.
