I know him as an attorney who represents many clients, some good, some not some, no one wins in family court. I can assure those who are on this search, he is fair and always wants to do the right thing, and not hurt anyone. You may not "win", no one does but as far as family court judges go, he is excellent.
Selfabsorbed and full of himself. Likes to pontificate and ask intrusive questions that have nothing to do with the case like how did your son die, what caused his death? The case was not about my son. Kept us on zoom all day until he reached my case late in the afternoon. I had to pay my atty thousands for that one day. He shows no regard for normal working class people.
A HACK AND A HALF. HATES WOMEN AND RULES AGAINS THEM. PEOPLE LIKE HIM ARE THE REASON THIS COUNTRY HATES JUDGES, LAWYERS AND COPS. SHOULD NOT BE ON THE BENCH. SHOULD BE REMOVED A REAL POS.

These other people who are just haters obviously are just telling their disgruntled opinions. My experience with this Judge and watching him handling other cases is that he is highly intelligent and caring. I didn’t prevail on all my requests but Judge DeMarzo was thorough and fair with me and my ex. I left feeling I was heard by the court and that’s all I wanted.
This judge is by far NOT FAIR. We all know the system is broken. Fathers are always looked upon as the garbage side of the story. As a father I petition for 50,45,40 percent custody of my children, but this judge felt it was too much for me to be a father because I was serving the United States ARMY, and as such I could not be a father. Furthermore I represented myself and he was well in the known with my ex-wife lawyer Jessica Ragno Sprague and The Weinberger Group. Unfortunately the law only applies to whom judges know and like. Is a disgrace they make so much money, swear to uphold the constitution, but the only thing they uphold is their personal circle to enrich themselves. So help you God if you have this judge preside over your case.
