Judge Arguelles did not run his courtroom, his assistant ran the courtroom from a laptop and he sat in the juries box. He contradicted himself multiple times and showed a total lack of understanding of the law and civil procedure's. His ruling has cost the state of California almost half of our dairies in the state. Did not listen well to the testimony given in the court, total disappointment in his running the courtroom
