The judge frequently comments on the “age” of a case, seemingly disregarding legitimate reasons for delays, such as health issues, complex procedural matters, or difficulties with service of process.

It is extremely cowardly to abuse the power and immunity afforded the system to attack litigants from the bench.

You know it’s bad when a judge answers questions for the witnesses and helps opposing counsel with their argument. Judge Dimitris has been known to discredit mothers of abuse and also uses cryonism. Many say he follows the law but definitely his interpretations of the law are biased.
