This judge cannot read, faulty proof of service and other considerations was not even considered, the clerk denied access to evidence to me when the Bailiff said I could have copies and access, Did the clerk screw up? or the judge, or was the second notice a political action against the defendant. Plaintiff showed no damage evidence nor did plaintiff follow Federal air regulations prior to my lock out so how does the small claims limit of $10.000.00 be exceeded and vacate another judgement of where no one gets nothing? it smells like Jerry Brown and Gavin Newsom time?
