[Redacted by Ed.] . If you’re a victim you might as well ask your case get dismissed and save yourself the trouble of trying to get this judge to see you as a person. Immediately sided with the abuser before I could even explain why I was there. Bully that needs to retire. This is why people get hurt, you try to do things correctly and the system fails you! If my family gets hurt the blood with be on her hands! No chance for people self representing to get any justice. Tried to explain myself and immediately cut me off accusing me of “attempting speculation” while the abuser laughed. This judge makes an absolute joke of the court and justice system.

THE WORST. My experience in Judge Warren’s courtroom today was deeply upsetting and honestly shocking. I came to court seeking protection in a restraining order matter — a situation that already requires vulnerability and courage — and instead I was met with rudeness, impatience, and dismissiveness that made the process feel humiliating rather than fair.

This lady has NO CLUE how to do her job. She does not review evidence, yells at people who dont bring evidence, and complains when theres too much evidence. She berates all parties who are present at the hearing. And bullies and belittles you into NOT showing evidence or bringing witness testimony. Especially when its outside of the scope of her job. She yelled at me that I needed to prove a law was broken. I stated the federal law broken, she rolled her eyes, blank stared at me, and her reply: is that all? Not yes, not no, not this can be dealt with elsewhere. "Is that all?" I will be ordering a copy of my court transcript, filing complaints with the CJP, working with local non profits to work towards accountability, and alerting Newsom as he appointed this wackadoodle to oversee temporary restraining order hearings. What a failing of the justice system. Especially for victims of abuse. No one should have to suffer abuse by an angry tyrant.

She spends most of her time yelling at litigants than explaining what she means by certain legal terms. I could also tell she did not read the papers filed with the court so if you appear before her, just argue your entire case because she likely did not read anything. She is intellectually handicapped and does not understand the outcome of her decisions. She was appointed by Gavin Newscum. Before I looked her up, I guessed she was a raging pro-criminal Democrat and yep, I was correct. She sympathizes with career criminals.

I will be filing an official complaint/grievance for judicial misconduct with the California Commission on Judicial Performance (CJP) against this judge. Her behavior in courtroom is both malicious and unprofessional and she is clearly not qualified for her position. If you have been mistreated by this disgusting excuse for a judge I suggest you do the same.

In all my years as a therapist (20+) I have never seen a judge so feckless and angry towards the actual victims with factual evidence. I don’t know what has happened to this person, but clearly she should not be sitting on the bench. I have witnessed hundreds of judges that operate with fair and clear conduct. This judge walked into the courtroom, looked like she had been up all night drinking, if not showering, with an attitude and a hesitancy that she even enjoys her job. As her bailiff entered, he proceeded to state “sometimes she can be a bitch, but just answer her questions.“ Not a good start. As each person came forward, granted there were some that should be dismissed, she berated and insulted them. Two cases in particular that definitely qualified for a restraining order. 100% were denied. She’s as feckless as the governor who appointed her. I was appalled by her behavior, Her unprofessional conduct and her power hungry unprofessional demeanor is deeply disturbing . It is judges like these that disappoint and cause harm to law abiding citizen’s faith in the judicial system. I am sure there will be at least three more victims of assault after witnessing what I did today. That’s on a good day. I am deeply sickened to the core by what I witnessed today. I’m the last one to leave a review, but after what I witnessed today, I am disgusted by her personal issues that clearly affect her lack of professional judgment. I saw a petitioner produce factual evidence and photographs of an assault taken by a police officer and dismissed due to lack of knowledge and moral character based on her treatment of individuals as a effort for sincere honest help. It’s no wonder why we have vigilantes among us with feckless judges, such as these.

This judge is a mean, petty, courtroom tyrant who treats litigants, and frankly their lawyers, like shit. Her treatment of pro se litigants is appalling and when she upsets people, she berates them for getting upset. I can't begin to describe what it's like watching her behavior in the courtroom. People leave court with utter distrust of the justice system.

Yesterday May 9th was my second appearance before this judge. I had previously wrote a comment about her failure to protect us in another Restraining Order filing and she did it again. I am starting to seriously question the role of justice and jurists and whether real criminals and thugs act in the ways they do because of the flaws in the justice system! If you're seeking a Restraining Order for protection, do not think that this judge will be the one and I don't believe many in Long Beach or county-wide will. In all of the attempts to protect myself and my family against aggressors, not one was granted and this judge just handed me my second defeat. See my previous comments on February 19, 2024. I doubt justice for victims is served in these courts, but they will glady abd easily prosecute you and take your rights away.

Judge Jean-Marie Warren is nothing more than a bitter, aging woman abusing her power. It was clear from the start she had a personal grudge against me. With her saggy turkey neck and smug expression, she looked at me with pure disdain, like she couldn’t stand the sight of someone younger and more confident. The whole trial was a farce. She twisted the facts to suit her own narrative, not because of justice, but because of jealousy and spite. It’s terrifying to think someone like her is willing to take away someone’s constitutional rights just because she’s a bitter old woman. She didn’t care about fairness or truth. I hope one day she’s held accountable for the lives she’s ruined with her personal vendettas. She’s far from honorable—just an insecure woman, abusing her position to satisfy her own resentment.

Someone wrote a comment with a bunch of stars, one day after my hearing before Judge Jeanmarie Warren, envoquing, supposedly, her having to deal with "nonsense and ignorance"! 1. No one forces a judge to practice law, to spend years in litigation or to seek the bench. 2. What a coincidence that one day after I perceived her rulings as biased, abusive and one-sided, appears this 10-star comment in her favor when no comments were ever posted about her! 3. If this person, supposedly, an independent litigant, include his/her real name, case number and the date he/she appeared before judge Warren so that we could verify the independence and truthfulness of the comment. 4. If you label litigants' desire for justice as "nonsense and ignorant", what were you doing in court litigating? Obviously, either you or your opposing party or both are part of the "nonsense and ignorance", you're a lying individual or a kiss-ass!. Judge Warren, despite evidence of my cases being related, tried to bully me to give up the right to have the cases heard together, tried to bully me to give up my right to subpoena witnesses, refused to hold witnesses accountable, refused to issue body attachments to force witnesses to appear, tried to bully me into proceeding with my case without subpoenaed witnesses, scheduled a future hearing 3 days in the future without the necessary period to subpoena witnesses (minimum of 5 days), attempted to shut me up, seemed to be more accommodating to my opponents and commented that she didn't care if the clerk had deemed my cases related!!! Judge Jean-Marie Warren is the supervising judge of Long Beach family court, she had ruled on temporary restraining order requests by me and against me and must be familiar with my attempts to convince the courts and the police forces to protect my children from criminal actions by my neighbors. This judge deserves more recognition for the amount of petty nonsense and ignorance she has to deal with in Long Beach family court. She tries to let everyone be heard but I also appreciate that she pushes cases along when others would otherwise get lost playing the “service game”. I feel bad for all the stuff she has to listen to on a daily basis. She’s a saint.
