This judge gave custody of my daughter to my abuser . False accusations were made with no proof what so ever. My abuser has now abused our child. Now she is forever traumatized and had to escape her father who now threatens to kill her and I. She is 15. It seemed nothing I said ( with proof) was taken into consideration. This judge has ruined our lives.

Old and worn. Wants to be seen as an elite member of Santa Maria society, more than a judge. He has lost his way. Avoid this judge if you can. See another attorney: I'm not impressed with this judge. He fancies himself as a scholar but is a bit of a twit. Almost reported him for bullying, but soon substituted out of the case and don't have any further plans to practice in that county, so decided not to bother. -- he avoided the expected retaliation from this super old pasive aggressive wannabe.

Concerning Case Management Conferences, he wants a statement filed for each conference. I didn't and he went with the request of the defense who had filed a CMS and requested additional time for discovery.
