This judge is very unfair, rude, unsympathetic [Redacted by Ed.]. He watched a lady with mental health issues be drug out of the court by deputies while members at the prosecution table laughed and joked about it and didn’t even say anything. He appears to take sides and gives very unfair sentencing for first time offenders. He has zero compassion for people suffering with mental health issues or for abused children that turn into criminal and need help.

Jeffy Virgin is a politician in robes so expect legislation from the bench. And NO, he follows neither case law or procedure, and corrupts procedure for issued mandamus.
