Judge Manske violated my constitutional rights and I will be filing a lawsuit against him. See my Facebook page for more information. Sheila D. Kendricks. Judge Manske presided over my case without my consent and after I made the court aware that a counsel on record in my case, John P. Palmer, had a thirty year long relationship. Judge Manske has been notified that I am suing him in his personal capacity. sdk

Magistrate Manske is one of the few in the federal judiciary who have not forgotten where he came from. He was mentored by Hal Parker at Plunkett, Gibson & Allen, which is where he learned everything he needed to know about ethics, industrialism, and professionalism. It is a joy to have such a well-mentored judge on the bench!

Extremely fair to both the government and the defense. Does not seem to outwardly favor either side, but rather appears to base the decision on the evidence presented. Positive, upbeat personality and who lets the lawyers do their jobs.
