Cares about one thing and that is being a judge. Adverse to any form of risk relating to compassion or needs of the litigants or litigators before him. Trying to make a name for himself with his fellow judges, but with no one else.
With one swipe from the bench, you have not only ruined my son's life, you've taken away HIS house, violated his civil rights to due process without a pre-sentence investigation or a moment of in-depth investigation. Eric C. Berben was financially, emotionally, mentally, and physically abused since he invited Muriah Lujan and her 3 kids into HIS HOME that he owned with his elderly father, under the guise that she would be "homeless!" Eric has been homeless since October 8 of 2021!
