Bostwick gets overly involved in cases, which attorneys hate and the right kind of in pro per loves. Bostwick is honest and he expects you to be honest. If you play games, expect your case to drag on. His pet peeve is people who try to confuse the court.

Zero rating. Bostwick paid an attorney whose probate letters of authorization had expired $119k for perjury and conspiracy to violate lawful court orders & discriminatory rants. Bostwick fixed the attorneys filing and in court, on the record writtten up by a court reporter stated he had fixed the filing. The case has now been going on for 16 years, 12 years before Bostwick. There is no truth, no justice, no honor before the bar in California.
