Judge Stearns is the reason..... #1- Illegally Stayed my divorce “indefinitely”!!! FACT: Escambia County Al. Judge can rule as he pleases without being held accountable! Without regard for Alabama Laws in place to protect All Escambia Co. Residents!!! Escambia County Residents can’t sue a Judge for being “ “deliberately Bia’s”!!!!! I personally filed a Judiciary Complaint against Judge Stearns! Judge Stearns has copies of my complaint with all my paperwork proving he ruled against Alabama law & myself! Committee ruled in Judge Todd Stearns favor... Alabama Laws: Laws put in to place for, (Elderly & DV victims & survivors)!!! Local APD hands were tied due to “No Judge order for them to enforce”!!! Knowing my husband and his “cpa son”, have been removing my name from our “Joint Rental Co”. FATBOY LLC,—also, funneling my retirement into a newly formed rental company & his “cpa son” has used my retirement money to pay off his personal high debts, & to buy the $200,000. office building on Hwy 31! etc. #2- Would not address my Divorce filings for a- “Motion to Compel ” b- “Motion/Petition, for Contempt. c- “ husbands counter-contempt filing was set for a hearing! EXAMPLE of Every filling by my husband (APPROVED) !!! Every filing on my behalf, ( DENIED)!!! 3- “ Judge is well aware of my “Financial Hardship” due to delay of Divorce proceedings by My husband & his “cpa son” taking every penny I had & not keeping Status Quo” intentional, deliberate malice Using my money for their gain and for my husband to freely spend my money on others! Judge has held up my “hurricane Sally”insurance claim check to put a damaged roof on my home!!!! (held for two years, on my husbands behalf)! Judge Stearns hearings do not have a Court Reporter for my case
