In my case, Judge Jennifer Bass applied “waivers” that were never knowingly made on the record, failed to rule on critical objections and motions, and relied on allegations and hearsay without following proper evidentiary procedures. Orders often did not match what actually occurred in court or in the transcripts.

Coming into her courtroom to address a divorce case felt like she did not even read the case information. I came out of a domestic violence situation and it seemed like she did not read the information or just did not care. Her decisions always favored my ex. Felt violated all over again. I hope she never has to experience anything like I did! Embarrassed to be a woman and have her represent women in the judicial system. Very sad that she is the best we can get to sit on the bench.

This pattern suggests an effort to cover her tracks, relying on the passage of time and the burden of legal fees to prevent effective challenges. Protect yourself: Always ensure a court reporter is present and maintain detailed records and transcripts to safeguard against potential misrepresentations. Focus on documenting instances of judicial bias, violations of judicial canons, and due process violations. This is for anyone who has been in judge Jennifer bass court room I am starting a petition I need signatures of every person who has tried to represent themselves due to funding and has had all their evidence thrown out and not looked at this judge has not sent things to my email and i have had solid proof of this she has called me stupid because I’m not a attorney.sorry I went to school for nursing to save peoples lives not lie for them I have been attacked for no reason I have raised my son since birth for this woman to take almost all my rights away and stuck our 7 year old with a man he didn’t know I barley get to speak with my son it’s causing our son lot of trauma and mental issues and he is now 8 judge has no remorse for children even with dcf reports she ignored facts oh and our sons father is bragging on how he is sleeping with judge bass to get what he wants this is what we have to do to get judges on our side is sleep with them and pay them wow what a system we have. Something needs to be done this judge needs to be removed from her seat!!! And for judge bass to take this man’s side as he got off on a domestic battery with strangulation cause she would not issue a protection order I have filed 6 for all of them to be denied by her my families lives are in danger and my daughter is even afraid to attend school cause this man still works for all the schools in Marion county is a joke thanks judge bass for making my family live in fear every day of our lives and causing our son to live in fear every day since he has been 6

We are a group on Ex CIA Officers and Analysts who investigate corruption in the courts. This judge is a disgrace to honest judges in Florida. She interfered in a case that was not hers and took the side of a convicted child kidnapper/child abuser and prostitute with NO evidence of anything, yet blamed a father who has done nothing but fight for his child. If she's doing this as a judge, imagine how many innocent people she used false evidence against as a prosecutor. Our investigation will continue. This is an obscene abuse of her authority, and from the other comments this is not her first time violating litigants Civil Rights and Parental Rights. This becomes evident when a citizen is seen before her in several trials where she chooses the same person in every case, She definitely sudes with the narcissist.

If you do not have a attorney due to lack of funds.Judge Bass will accuse you of being stupid if you don't understand legal terms she will refuse all evidence including DCF reports proving abuse she has no regard to children's emotional needs she is pro male anti woman she has proved this 23 cases in a row with the same attorney .The fathers always receive custody regardless of criminal background forcing woman to pay ungodly amounts of money they don't have.She has also turned down protection orders multiple times.One young lady has lost her life and many children have lost there mothers due to her woke agenda.Something drastically needs to be done before more people and children lose there lives.

Judge Bass does not follow law she makes up what she thinks sound good to cover her butt !! Even when supreme court cases are presented to her she ignores the supreme court cases to come up with her own rulings and decisions which violates a lot of constitutional rights . And I’m no attorney but understanding a basic stander by the supreme court ruling it’s pretty common sense this judge has no common sense. She needs to be removed from the stand and go back to a State prosecuting attorney and I would even question that skill ! Good judges in Marion County are all retiring she should’ve got to spend more time with a very good judges and learned more .
