She makes serious mistakes in her rulings that require amendments later. For example, she dismissed a strict Protective Order without a motion and later reimplemented it with an apology. She seemed to act as more of an advocate than a judge — which was inappropriate.

I think she means well, but (perhaps because she is young and undistinguished) is too timid to be effective. She seemed cowed by local attorneys and afraid to rule on matters that, in my experience, a seasoned judge would have quickly ruled on. Imagine a diligent judge who is extremely scared and insecure. That's her. I suspect that she rules according to what she thinks she can defend, not according to what she thinks is correct or just.
