She was overturned on a case where it was obvious she didn't read the case. It was a case, that I'm sure ,seemed insignificant to her but would effect the person who brought the case in life altering & horrible ways. The appeal won & proves she should not be making decisions on cases. I hope the turmoil she has caused the person in this case is visited to her twice fold so she can understand why her integrity & due diligence is the LEAST she can be bothered to bring to the table!!

Horrible judge. She has very little if any experience in real estate and business litigation and it shows. She also refuses to admit when she makes a bad decision, and will just stubbornly double down. She should not be on the bench.

All I can assume is that this judge didn't read the case. Her ruling makes no sense. Even the attorney doesn't understand the ruling for she got the premise wrong & the ruling is confusing. The only way her ruling makes sense is if she didn't read the case. It's like a child doing a book report when they didn't read the book or even cliff notes. Plans to appeal for a different judge will be filed. I don't think she is competent. She needs to actually read the case before ruling.

Wanted to be a psychologist but couldn't pass the board exam. Didn't care other parent refused to take action on insect infestation. Makes up mind in 2 seconds about parties based on appearance cuz she thinks she has Hannibal Lechter esque ability as a never made it psychologist.

All the rising stars in the Maricopa County Superior Court are female. With 3-4 exceptions, most of the males are completely incompetent. JRT is definitely a Judge to keep your eye on, as she definitely will be considered for higher appointments within the justice system....
