Judge Higginbotham is more concerned with not upsetting the corruption in Nassau County Florida than insuring Justice. Higginbotham turned a blind eye to falsified warrant, Perjury by Deputy and failed to read or acknowledge an attorney Motion to Dismiss for Outrageous Police Misconduct. She personally knew the details of the case prior to becoming a Judge. Higginbotham is refusing to acknowledge the False Arrest due to her supporting and contributing to Sheriff Leeper's campaign fund.
