Judge Borack has consistently demonstrated discriminatory and hostile behavior toward women and people of color in family law proceedings. In my experience and observation, she frequently dismisses women’s testimony as “not credible” while minimizing or ignoring evidence of abuse.

Judge Borack has developed a troubling reputation within the Sacramento legal community and unfortunately, it’s well-earned.

Discriminatory, biased, rude, abuses discretion. Views seem outdated and does not appear to be well informed on abusive dynamics, which is key in family law. Google her to see the investigations she was a part of a few years ago. Very dangerous person to make decisions regarding the welfare of children.
