I like Honorable Judge Jesse Marino and would like to be justifiably protected and served thru the Judicial System for True Justice Sake and Posterity Freedom! Thank you ! Respectfully, Mrs. Richard Luke DIEHL

After seeing this so called politically appointed to the bench, Judge is very biased, believes if a deft. is arrested then he/she must be guilty of something. We would not ever want to appear or trust this ?"Judge"? again. He is pro prosecutor and anti-Veterans

Not a good pick for a Judge very one sided on Criminal Cases , Unfair and very biased against Veterans

A political appointment, not well liked by any local other Judges, Lawyers, Police or even the DA's office. WE concur he is a poor pick for a Judge and should be not only admonished but removed.

Big Ego and bigger unprofessional, he is currently the Judge (NOT A VETERAN) sitting of the VTC, yet he screws over Veterans who have serious PTSD, Trauma etc. According to OJP he is the only Judge who never went to any VTC training and is only Judge who has rejected Diversion for Traumatized Veterans . What a terrible example of a VTC Judge send him back to Civil Court

Terrible on the Bench and he has a big Ego, as King of the Court

Not a Judge that i can respect or Honor, he is strictly a Politician and a mean one at that, he is a former Deputy DA ( Prosecutor) he should have never been appointed to the Bench. He cares less about evidence, truth, justice and Facts. He needs to be removed from the Bench, he is 100% Pro-DA not fair or impartial he feels your guilty long before any evidence or trial begins. He is Horrible for the Veterans as a VTC Judge who never served his Nation and has NO clue what Veterans go thru in War. I would 170.6 him off any case.

Very unfavorable ratings, he is a very biased, Anti-Justice, NOT all people who are arrested and sent to trial are guilty of anything, the police and DA who have lied, perjured themselves. This Judge is complicit in being one sided and when a Officer Lies and he caught this Judge does NOT impeach him or her. Unjust jurist very well a substandard Jurist and [redacted]t he does not care about real Justice or Evidence, we have seen more fake cases brought before him with witnesses lying under oath [redactged by Ed.]

Would never again trust or believe this Judge, I recommend anyone who is assigned to his court file a 107.6 to remove him from any and all criminal cases. He is NOT fair, makes comments that are disrespectful to Defendants and has an attitude everyone is Guilty of something. This recuse him he does NOT listen to facts, evidence and is 100% pro-prosecution no matter what the facts are he is weak on Truth . He should not be in any position to judge anyone Guilty or Innocent he is a poor example of serving fairness and does not allow proper diversion of first time offenders even if they experienced Trauma.

He comes from the DA's Office so he aligned to the DA who is also his friend, having been to watch and report on many of his cases for a research paper. I have found him to be very unlikable, rude to people he seems to think everyone is Guilty if they are before his court. He is in charge of the Veterans Treatment Court, treats Veterans as scum and guilty. Since he is NOT a Veteran, has NO experience in what Combat Veterans have experience in War, trauma etc. We learned recently he is the ONLY VTC Judge who has NOT attended any VA, VTC, Military Diversion training or experience. I several VTC cases he was disrespectful, rude and in one case refused to allow a 6 toured combat wounded Veteran on a Misdemeanor matter to attend Military Diversion, VTC or MH help.We think he should be removed from the bench and never handle Veterans cases. Judge Marino needs to walk in the boots of combat veterans too many of our Heroes regardless of allegations have serious PTSD, Mental Health and more. SO much for him being a Judge-Impeach him

Purely a Politician nice person but not so nice of a Judge, too big of Ego and does not follow the rule of Law. Too many matters delayed, harming the innocence of people. Seems like he takes his marching orders from his former Boss DA Dan Dow
