` Judge Feeney is smart, punctual, organized and a good trial judge. Makes decisions that are thoughtful, even one that did not favor my side. You can do a LOT worse for a judge.

I've been defending public entities in Los Angeles for 30 years and never encountered a judge like this. Today I sat through her morning calendar and she set OSC re sanctions on 9 of the 11 cases before me. She even set an OSC re perjury against an attorney for a typo in a declaration. My poor experiences with her has been limited to refusing to continue trial on the first request when mediation is set and paid for 2 weeks after trial, but this woman simply does not have the temperament to even be an attorney, let alone on the bench.

47678 It took you 5 matters in her courtroom to now figure out, that you want to paper this judge, "counsel", at yet you continued to take payment from client/clients'??

She does not care what the Civil Code of Procedure states. It appears that she cares more about clearing her case load than she does about making decisions that consider the law and facts. I have been in her courtroom for about 5 matters - I will be papering her next time we are assigned to this courtroom.

Does not impose sanctions on attorneys or parties when they are clearly warranted.

I was a plaintiff last week and Judge Jill Feeney, was the judge , I have to say iam so happy with her decision. She gave me a chance to amend my complain and gave me enough days , she was patient and kind , she listened to my story . She is a real person , she cared about my issue and was so patient, thank u judge Feeney for giving me the chance . U are truly appreciated. U are a great judge and person , thank u for understanding us women .????????
