Fair, smart, evenhanded. Follows the law. No doubt the other comments are from disgruntled plaintiffs council, who prefer judges that follow politics and not the law.

I completely agree with the comments below. She is not suited to preside over complex cases. Just because a plaintiff files a complaint and calls it a class action, doesn't make it a class action.
