Jill R. Cummins

` Judge Cummins is an extremely fair and compassionate judge. She is thorough in her rulings and has an overall pleasant and professional demeanor, at the sentencing stage, she truly cares about getting to know who the defendant is and takes it into consideration in handing down sentences. She is also very compassionate towards victims and their families. Definitely one of the best judges in Montgomery County

Let me just say that Montgomery County is filled with such corruption and some judges are worse than others. Cummins will blatantly rule in a partys favor no matter how much evidence and law you throw at her. She will make a ruling in such a way that will favor whomever she wants. I've seen this lady violate so many laws. By the way, she's pro mothers (despite proving instability) [redacted by Ed.]. Don't let the friendly face fool you!
