Jillian M Laxton

Jillian Laxton has demonstrated extreme bias in her handling of my case. During court proceedings, she admitted that she did not read my submitted briefs before issuing rulings against me (I have that on record). Her decisions appeared to be influenced by factors unrelated to the merits of the case, including, I believe, my name, race, and disability. The California Attorney General’s office had to intervene to ensure that I received adequate child support, which had initially been denied. Based on these actions, it is clear that Ms. Laxton lacks the competence, diligence, and impartiality required of a judge.
