My experience with Jodi Bouer raised significant concerns about fairness and impartiality in family court proceedings. From the outset, the manner in which the hearing was conducted suggested that decisions may have been predetermined. Throughout the process, one party appeared to receive preferential treatment, and the other was not afforded the same level of consideration. The family court outcome, which involved the denial of one restraining order and the granting of the other, reflected a process heavily dependent on the judge’s discretion rather than an impartial evaluation of the facts.

Judge Bouer was my judge in my March 2025 domestic violence case against the mother of my 7 year old son. Despite video evidence and over 10 different eye witnesses I was made to feel as though my kids mother getting arrested at her job was MY fault as Judge Bouer said ver betim "Yes you did get her fired on purpose you sent the police to her job" I was literally assaulted in a public grocery store and the police did their job and arrested the suspect at her place of her employment because she stalked me and struck me in the face on camera in front of our 7 year old in common and pushing over my 12 year old daughter (from a previous relationship) and throwing the groceries just purchased on the ground. I felt like I was the perpetrator instead of the victim. And in the TRO I had 7 days to retain council and my time with our son was reduced. I felt railroaded and disgusted in our Legal system where people like this have absolute power to destroy families and lives and make victims give up. All of her cases need to be reviewed to show a pattern of this systematic abuse especially amongst African American men I feel.

I appeared before Judge Jodi F. Bouer in a deeply personal family court case involving custody and visitation with my ex-wife and children. What should have been a fair process to protect my family turned into a nightmare of overt bias, disregard for evidence, and outright hostility. Despite presenting clear documentation disproving my ex-wife's unsubstantiated claims, Judge Bouer sided with her every time—often without scrutiny—while dismissing my proofs as irrelevant. It felt like the courtroom was rigged from the start.

I sense that there is some partiality as well as bias in this courtroom she smirked at me when I left the courtroom I believe that no African-American male that comes before her is stereotyped by her I was in it myself I'm very professional in fact she seemed to be very zealous about orders of protection not even hearing the side of the African-American males I don't believe in her courtroom and African-American male stands a chance of being vindicated especially when fabricate convincing statements and a protection order without any proof for an example sexually assaulting but don't go to the hospital that's overlooked by this zealousness Judge that wants to put a tag on African-American males.
