This judge ignores plan logic to tailor decision in support of chums from the large law firms. You can forget about sound case law, forget about glaring statute, forget about sound logic. She will make decisions in lines with her allegiances and your only recourse is an expensive, time consuming appeal. The law should change to eliminate judges whose decisions have been turned over by a certain percentage on appeal.
