He rules on matters that are not on calendar, mean to his staff. He has no respect for the litigants with no lawyer and rules however he wants. He was rude to my attorney just because she was holding him accountable in terms of law . Wait for his favorite litigants for hours instead of holding them accountable for their contempt of court actions. Ignores legitimate evidence. Wasting county resources and he no concern about for the best interest of the children. His ruling s are detrimental for the children.he thinks he is above the law and doesn’t stay in his lane. I want many judges are really care for the litigants and do not let them use legal hat tricks but Joel Agron is a bad apple.

He [Redacted by Ed.] allows hearings not on calendar and without the filing of appropriate documents, does not hear the matters at issue/on calendar, rules on the non-matters on calendar, does not follow the law of rules of the court. He has failed to follow orders from the appeals court and in failing to do so he continues to rule on [Redacted by Ed.] communication. Denied a Peremptory Challenge filed timely, however denied it as untimely and now has related a civil case into my divorce case and did this in an ex parte communication. [Redacted by Ed.] I have now been forced to file a writ. His behavior has prolonged my ability to request spousal support, which I filed back on April 2, 2021!! I am baffled and worn out and now on antidepressants!!!

This judge told me i was not allowed to object. He also took away my custody because he didn’t like my job. I help parents get their kids back from CPS.

I am involved in a family law matter. We were married for over 22 years and together for almost 40. Opposing party had the audacity to argue that our marriage was only 4 years in length even though our judgement specifically states our DOM and our DOS. However since the date of separation was not included in our general section of the judgment it was included in our division of property, etc. the issue at our RFO was spousal support but this incompetent joke of a judge allowed O/C to argue our DOS!!! the idiot judge stated that since the words date of separation in our judgment were not capitalized he ruled our marriage was short term and terminated jurisdiction over spousal support!!! I was forced to file an appeal which I am certain I will prevail!! Thereafter I am going to do anything and everything to make sure the public knows what this incompetent is doing. I have read a list of his cases and was appalled to read that he dismissed a murder case and dismissed child abuse charges against the perpetrators!!!
