When Fusco was sitting as Surrogate, he threw me out of Court for wearing blue jeans. I told him I could not afford slacks as his Guardian Ad Litem fee to non-political hacks was to little. He was not amused. Just the same, I left and came back 3 months later(after the 90 day statute on Article 81 suits had ran) wearing new blue jeans, with deep dark blue color. He paused when he saw me, but let it go. To bad. I was ready to give him hell for his corrupt political appointments. Never had another opportunity. Regret not challenging him the first time around.
