John Anderson

Anderson is a joke. He is in our appellate court? How? I don’t think he has ever served over a just trial. He is the chancery king! lol he is so embedded in government cases, why is HE always the one dealing with government cases. He had a case about a $50.00 permit violation, the plaintiff had no grounds for suing, no damages, and this bozo dragged the case out for 2 years!!!! Poor defendant had to pay thousands of $$ for lawyer while tax payers pay municipality fee. This guy, I refuse to say judge, is intertwined in the “system” it’s disgusting. He is a narcissist, thinks he is intelligent, and can’t even handle an easy case that should have been dismissed day one! He prolonged and prolonged and wasted tax payer dollars. My my opinion, why he is in the appellate court shows a lot of how little a judge needs to do to get on the bench. Him being, resident are not questioning everything he touches. He is buddies with all municipalities. And always assigned to their cases. [Redacted by Ed.] Everything though chancery court which is not real court! And he LOVES VIRTUAL COURT! That is a coward judge. We had court for 200 years in person but Anderson continues it cause it easier for people. NO COURT CASE CAN BE FAIRLY DECIDED OVER A VIDEO CAMERA! He has no business near a court room especially appellate. He does not have the experience for it! Maybe municipal needs a “judge” on that court! Lol He should not be respected, [Redacted by Ed.] and is a complete narcissist!

If you have a commercial litigation that involves complicated issues, this is a judge that can wrap his arms around everything and provide you with a written ruling that is analytically impressive.

My experience with him is mostly related to administrative review cases where I think he was fair and always prepared. He is kind of gruff on the bench which I could see putting off non-lawyers who are in front of him.
