John B. Bowman

My beef with Judge Bowman, seemingly shared by others, is his antiquated manner to handle matters that most other Judges handle in a more efficient manner using technology. He is one of a very handful of judges who still demand physical documents are mailed to his office when they could easily be submitted via CourtMap as most modern day courts do. I just don't understand such an approach that is not only adverse to the environment requiring use of paper where electronic documents could be used. I think such judges should either modernize or step aside because enforcing obsolescence is not a way forward.
