Needs to be removed never to practice law again ever

He is bias and doesn’t look at evidence does not follow due process. He came from Child Welfare And left it a mess! He needs to be disbarred and criminal charges filed and persecuted bias her lawyer knew him

`John Blanchard did not listen to any evidence he lied the defiant lie changed a previous judge decision And seems to be known by this law Firm for his lack of law expertise and his reputation in child welfare cases He listened to 20 minutes of lies and 10 minutes of poor presentation She has money he did not look at her evidence He got up said he had to go to court and never looked back! He is not using due process. He was told lies about the years of the facts and never gave a second thought that everything this defendant said was a untruth and she defrauded me and her family and I was not a renter For 19 years the dogs died and that is the cruelty of of this deception he needs to be punished and never be a judge in civil or family law Blanchard is needing to be removed I will appeal. people in Maricopa county need to vote this person out and really this is some type of collusion! I have never seen such a blatant injustice anywhere! In any court hearing or

This judge is an inconsiderate person who doesn’t care at all about justice and ignores evidence. He teams up with the person that has more money to pay for a lawyer because the conversation are more legal jargon. If he is the judge for your case I recommend getting the best lawyer you can afford.

This judge IGNORES evidence!!! I feel the outcome was predetermined by the judge prior to even hearing the case!!! Does not think of child safety whatsoever, only decides 50/50 no matter what the evidence shows!!! This judge should NOT be determining the outcome of child safety as he does NOT even acknowledge evidence!!!

I'm researching for my voting ballot and found this site. All of this information is good to know when I can't find a political party affiliation on the judges. I'll be voting a "No" now on retaining his seat.

he gave me everything and gave her nothing! Father's rights judge, 100%! She put protective orders on me, ran around getting receipts/videos of me drinking & driving and doing drugs with our kids and he saw through her petty bullshit. I got 50/50 and she pays ME child support! I do have to go to a therapist, but so did she, so HA! Glad he didn't care about her 200 page psychology eval thing - the quack said I was anti-social, NPD, psychopath - didn't even matter, lol. Judge let her have her domestic violence claim, but since he decided it wasn't substantial I didn't lose a thing! I got everything and she had to pay her own crazy big legal bills. Now I use her child support for beer, lol! Thanks judge. glad you're on our side! Dads deserve 100% custody!

Absolutely baffled by his rulings. 100% obvious he does not know family law, nor have the best interest and safety of children in mind. He has no business serving in the family law courts. Continually places children in danger disregarding all evidence.

Re: Family Court. Consistently baffled by his rulings. Not DV or IPV informed. Does not read any pleadings or review evidence. Misapplies evidence to the wrong party. Abuses DV victims further by can kicking instead of addressing issues. Laughed audibly with counsel about a IPV victim having another IPV victim as a witness. Unprofessional, does not pay attention in court & rules consistently against victims. Ignores child safety. No accountability and no enforcement.
