This Judge released an 18 year old violent gun slinging criminal on house arrest and ankle monitor! She shot a minor male in the back! How is this appropriate? Where’s the justice for shooting and almost killing a male minor? judge Cope needs to recuse himself if he does not see the errors of his ways.
