Honorable Judge I wanted to say thank you for dropping the possession of ammunition charges I had already surrendered almost five thousand rounds voluntarily the partial box of 22 rounds approximately $15 and a ball pack 100 round 12 gauge $20 Walmart just was not with the other ammunition that I voluntarily surrendered previously I happen to be packing up when Pinellas County Deputy Jason Beetz stopped by and I voluntarily surrender those two boxes as well I was taken into custody and between having to go to Tampa for the possession of ammunition charges as well as st. Petersburg it was 22 days in custody upon being released I took a cab to my residence and my tailgate happen to be off my truck and to my surprise there was the ammunition that I was arrested for.. he was so excited to arrest me he forgot the evidence in the back of my truck in my front yard where he set it when he put me in the back of his vehicle....... this gets even stranger but I'll leave all that out I just wanted to thank you and Hillsborough County Judge Faricotta for not ruining my life.. and for being patient enough to listen to the situation Thanks Again Carye Hoy
