This guy is a right-wing, very, very conservative Catholic, who loves the government and corporate America, and hates the little guy, the downtrodden. He is unfair, intemperate, and biased. Could make it on his own, so he joined the bench.

He utilizes his power to the most to slide the scale. For instance, if he likes one side he would give that side the most favorable briefing schedule, such as 60 days to file briefing. If he does not like the other side he would give as little as three days to file briefing and set the last day of filing the briefing on a court holiday. If he does not like your side and you intend to file motion to compel you are unlikely to get anything.
