Kelliher performs as a sadistic prosecutor not a judge. Kelliher has an agenda to mass incarcerate women; elderly; and vulnerable populations. Cochise County sheriff; prosecutors; judges; indigent attorneys; and private local attorneys...many are putting innocent citizens in prison without any defense in court. NO DEFENSE IS ALLOWED IN KELLIHERS COURT. Kelliher refuses to hear the defense. Defendants have to go to court for 10 years and longer if they absolutely refuse to plea guilty.
