John Fairgrieve

Due to the biased behavior, the discriminatory behavior, the willingness to commit purjery, break Cannons, RCWs, and even the law, while allowing and teenager who is mentally delayed, due to being autistic,with obvious physical challenges and countless medical reports saying they need specialized medical attention, he is allowing the child to stay with the founded abusive parent on more then 1 case. While the other parent who has done everything repeatedly, is forced to submit dismissal papers and tell their baby goodbye good, because the court orders our so outlandish and so expensive that the innocent parent can no longer afford to fight for the physical, medical, mental safety of thier child.

I prayed I had a chance since it was not Gonzales, but Fairgrieve is 100x times worse. I am court order to do a 4th Evaluation with a drug and alcohol component, with a referral that CPS never supposably offered me. (they don't create referrals) Supervised visitations for the 3rd time (paid out of pocket) at a (location the father chooses) every other weekend for 4 hours. All because my 14 year old daughter had a temper tantrum (that I video recorder) and did not get what she wanted. the social worker lied and submitted a false report, (she did get into a lot of trouble) Cares NW did a F.I. but never interviewed me (still trying to contact them) but made their findings based on fabricated accusation from the father and lawyer, who also submitted the same fictional story to the judge without evidence. I provided provided evidence proving 100% of everything was a lie, with Medical documentation, Police reports, declarations from whiteness, photos proof, and was more then willing to play the video I can not drag a 5ft 8in 210 pound 14 year UP a flight of stairs. I am 5'3'' 230 with some serious medical issue.. the judge admitted he did not read my papers.

This judge assumes the previous judge made a fair decision so that he does not have to read ANYTHING. He does not care about your constitutional rights as a parent, and is willing to make you jump through more hoops after being in the system for YEARS. He listens to an alienating guardian and alienated child as though they are preaching the gospel, and asks the biological parent NOTHING. Because he is a cog in a system that collects money from the families they destroyed themselves. I can't see myself respecting another judge in my lifetime. This is a joke. If a parent is deemed fit, their children should be returned HOME, by LAW. Instead, parents are forced to PLAY THIS COURT'S GAME. FOREVER. UNTIL THEIR CHILDREN AGE OUT.
