John Hannah

Biased, discriminatory, and unfair judge. He seems to favor men. He is supposed to judge whether something is allowed into evidence and he allowed the other attorneys to introduce evidence that had nothing to do with the current case and the other side's attempt to make me lose credibility then just took the other side at their word.

Judge Hannah took 1 year to finally rule on a motion to set aside a Settlement Agreement that was based on fraud and ruled in favor of the plaintiff who was just sentenced to 9 years in federal prison for a tax fraud scheme he perpetrated against the IRS to the tune of 50 million dollars and was biased against defendant appearing "pro se."

A highly partisan judge from the state of California, John Hannah allows his own particular political beliefs and mercurial temper to color ALL of his judicial orders and rulings. [Redacted] this has resulted in far-higher than average "change of Judge for right" filings. Appointed to the bench in 2005, Hannah has NEVER been considered for promotion (which is quite telling as to public perception of his legal capabilities).

In the Kari Lake v. Stephen Richtor trial, the Judge could barely get out an incoherent sentence. A strong indication that this Judge lacks Intellect. As for his role as a Judge, he was clearly biased from the beginning and was only hearing the case because he was ordered to. He certainly didn’t want the people to hear or see the truth and the fact that he shut down Blehm every step of the way makes a mockery of our judicial system.

Weak. By not allowing Kari Lake's chosen witnesses to testify, you have shown your bias. It's a total disgrace to the profession. I don't live in AZ but am watching this case intently. It impacts us all. The world is watching.

Most biased judge I've ever heard in a courtroom. He could have at least let the other side present evidence.

Terrible, politically biased, would not allow one plaintiff witness, no evidence able to be reviewed! Concerned with feelings, not facts! Enabled defendents by providing closing arguments whike interrupting & silencing plaintiff closing argumants!

Judge Hannah is extremely prejudiced in his decisions. He has allowed his thoughts and political beliefs to guide his rulings rather than the letter of the law and best interest of the people who trusted him with their well being by electing him. It is clear that John Hannah Jr. is swayed by monetary offers, take a peek at what he bothers to report sometime (I can only imagine how much he hasn’t) .

This judge told me that my ex has absolute immunity to lie to police and the court about me. Even if I can prove it was maliciois and fictitious. He cited a case law that was over ruled by the supreme court and he stood by his position all the same.

One of the best ever, and I have practiced for 35 years, was married to a judge and was law clerk to a Judge.This man is just fair, even tempered and not influenced by politics which says a lot in this state.

This judge is fair minded and understands the nuances involved in plea bargains. He takes the time to understand the case details. He stands up to injustice.
