John K. Larkins

This Federal Magistrate judge ruined a civil case against a police officer who had charges of police misconduct, unlawful arrest and a bunch of other things he did to detain me for 15 months on a false arrest. The magistrate took seven months to hand his decision supporting the police officers qualified immunity when clearly the officer did not deserve qualified immunity. The detective or officer has arrested several minority on false charges who were later released. This magistrate John Larkin in my opinion is not a fair judge or either he just simply overlooks truth and justice to support crooked police. That is my statement based on what happened to me and my civil case
