Mr Flynn destroyed my relationship with my child, took away all rights to see him and handed him over to two known drug addicts that lied with the help of the other parents “mother” in court. Police officers testified for me and we had proof of violence and drugs in the other parents home.. tragically, my child was removed less than two weeks later while the parent and his “girlfriend” were repeatedly arrested for violence and drug use and my child was put in the foster home system. My attorney presented police reports and evidence during our trial, but Flynn just didn’t like me or really care about my child as I told the truth. To this day it has severely damaged my child and myself and was very traumatic. My case was known in the courts for what he did and he “retired” shortly after.[Redacted]

I echo comments that Flynn is sexist and favors men. He also go against psych evaluations in order to seek justice for men who don't deserve it.

I recently had Judge John Flynn preside in my case and not only does he seem not to be active with the bar but he also is very sexist and rude to myself and other women in the court room. He definitely did not hide his dislike and deep hate towards woman. His angerly tone and behavior towards me was truly noticed and he failed to review important case evidence submitted. He also stated he would hold me contempt to court for exercising mine and my children from exercising their 1st amendment given right. He is all pro father's rights even thought there is proof of domestic violence and the father has anger issue and drug user. This man granted him the right to be alone with my children and not only that I have to give this man that has been out of my children's life details of my everyday movement with my kids. He definitely is not looking out for the best interest of the children nor should he be handling family law cases in Riverside, CA nor in any place. He also would reprimand me for speaking my mind and stating facts about my case. FLYNN should not be near any court room let alone deciding for the life of others.

I recently read all the transcripts from my case and can not believe how much pointless crap comes out of this Judges mouth. [Redacted] My Attorney: I don’t have a date when he’s going to have that done. But we would anticipate it would be done before September 25th,because that’s the date that the offices had picked as an agreed upon continuance date based on the EXPERTS SAYING THAT THEY WOULD BE DONE. Judge Flynn: How much time do you think—ASSUMING YOU DON’T REALLY KNOW until you see Mr. Sperry, what would be your best estimate on the remaining time including Mr. Sperry, ASSUMING Mr. Sperry DOESN’T BREAK LOOSE, How much time remaining in the issues of CHILD CUSTODY, VISITATION, CHILD SUPPORT and ATTORNEYS FEE—HOW MUCH TIME FOR THAT TRIAL? My Attorney: I don’t know. My children were 8 and 9 when my case started and at the time the conversation above occurred, I only had one minor child left who was 17 years old. The motion Flynn is talking about is over a Ex Parte my ex-wife filed requesting a court order that she be the one to drive my 17- and 18-year-old children to and from visiting with me. This makes absolutely no sense because they had their own vehicles to drive themselves. What a WASTE of THE COURTS TIME to be ASSUMING THINGS and ENTERTAINING RIDICULOUS FRIVOLOUS MOTIONS!

It is crazy how Judge Flynn has more complaint comments and negative ratings than any other judge listed for Orange County. It is also crazy that for some reason the random good comments that pop up on here seem more geared towards talking nonsense to the other reviewers instead of having anything truthfully good to say about this idiot who is a disgrace to the justice system. This guy is the biggest moron anyone could possibly have to deal with. It seems pretty clear if he hung himself the world, would be way better off. He is a pathetic excuse for a human being let alone judge. He is a disgrace to his own family as well as the position he has as a judge. There is no way so many random people who are complete strangers to each other and that have never had a conversation with each other could ALL basically have the same negative stuff to say about this dipstick! I just wonder if he has to pay someone to come on here to post the only awkward and strange seemingly good reviews or do you think it is someone in his family? Can't wait to read in the Register one day he has finally died from not having a heart.

Please be mindful that even though Judge Flynn III is retired, he's still a substitute judge in different courts. This family law judge is the one of the most knowledgeable judge's there is.

Had appointed Judge Flynn III and I am very pleased with his ruling. Everything we asked for got granted, very knowledgeable family law judge.

John Flynn 111 is an absolute horrific tragedy to the OC Courts [Redacted by Ed.] didn't listen to the evidence or even let my attorney present video evidence, that the other side was lying. Instead he made a detrimental decision that took almost THREE years and hundreds of thousands of dollars and the loss of my child who ended up in the CPS system due to EXACTLY what my attorney and I told this inept, ignorant "judge", two WEEKS after my case closed, he called me a liar and turned my child over to convicted Herrion Addicts who were arrested and charged with child abuse. The exact child I tried to protect and told this "judge" the truth to. By then, Flynn had removed ALL of my parental contact, labeling me a liar, not safe with my child, and ordered "supervised visitation" with ZERO proof, listening ONLY to the child abusers. I had the Court reporter even contacted me and I know my case is well KNOWN for the screw up Flynn caused and my child is forever hurt, needs extensive counseling and more. Flynn as presented with several arrests of the other parent and drug use during our last court date. But he dismissed it, stating that my attorney didn't "file within the 10 day" period , HE WAS WROng..Two weeks later my child was taken away by CPS and Flynns Biased opinion of me was on record and I have fou8ght since to regain custody of my son.. This judge is the one and only best of best judges there is. I highly doubt any other judge out there can even compare. He’s retired now. Wish him all the best in his retirement. I am very fortunate that he was assigned to my case, a random luck of the draw. He deserves all the best. Heard the rumors. As long as its not a other Flynn appointed. The county should have stopped with his father and grandfather who were very different quality judges and clearly this one had problems. This one left a mess where ever he was put and from what I hear the biggest mess in Lamoreaux. We threw off the British rule centuries ago for good reason, some of the royalty were born incompetent and same for the Flynn line. I have 100% confidence that this judge is one of the fairest judge one can hope to have reside over one’s case. I understand fairness can mean different things to different people who share similar view like trump-clown. Don’t worry, there is one supreme judge there is which is GOD himself. One’s doings will ultimately be judged by God no matter what BS morons in this world can twist and alter the truth with “alternate facts” aka lies. This judge truly cares about the best interests of the children and the truth. Shame on those pathetic “parents” who use children as devices for their own selfish purposes and malice. God will punish them in time in his own way if earthy laws and judgement fail due to human shortcomings. All those who spread falsehoods about a person will receive their own punishment as they deserve. What goes around always comes around and bite them in the face when they least expect it. This Judge ignored the rampant excessive litigation of an abusive controlling ex spouse and allowed the child to be placed in the other parents home that actually missed the warning suicidal signs of our other child who actually did commit suicide. I see there's people here who received favorable rulings and that shows that this Judge has lost his objectivity in cases. He never once asked me to speak in defense of false allegations, never asked for investigation and I have verifiable evidence and witnesses to the contrary of the allegations and exaggerated claims. In fact my ex physically abused me! Short sighted and downright ignored my case. I suggest this judge retire, or at least read up on; Psychological Aspects of Displacement, Attachments Based Parental Alienation, Malicious Parent Syndrome and Parental Alienation. No justice here between one loving parent and child. NONE!!!

Anyone who wrote bad ratings for this judge is a moron. This judge is a genius. He only cares about the truth. I have sat in the court rooms for months as watched every case that he resided. I have seen stupid lawyers who tried to outsmart this judge with their so-called knowledge. This judge will see right through your bulls. Don’t believe the craps that these morons wrote about this judge. If you tell the truth, you have nothing to worry about. The only ones who should be worried are the ones who are full of bulls.

Last comment reads like the last Presidential election after the election loss of our last President. Any criticism is fake news fake news and the American people who did not approve of his work ethic and conduct are just all stupid? And who knew was Flynn also sent by God now .. you mean like Moses or Jesus? Or more like he will be beautified like Mother Theresa by the Church? Yes and Trump told folks he was appointed by God himself, so maybe Flynn was on the same conference call from the big man himself. Hah!

He is super smart. Don’t listen to those lies those people who have bad ratings are the ones who abuse the system and want easy money by suing people instead of working like decent human beings. This judge is a living saint. God bless him and may God protect him for all the good deeds that he has earned trying to follow the laws and helping good people at the same time. He is God-sent to help the good hard working people who deserve justice. Some of these losers are just mad that they can’t outsmart him. He is too smart and will see you right through your lies. He has practiced all kinds of laws and you are lucky if you have him presiding over your case because he will make sure that justice will prevail.

Judge does not follow the law. MAKES UP HIS OWN LAWS. Illegally residing over family law when he refuses to be fair. Men win case at any cost. No matter how much he harms his wife. Judge is not honorable in any way!
